We say this for many reasons...  Cocktail Kickboards offer outstanding stability, unrivaled accommodation, incredible ease-of-use, durability that is hard to beat, and versatility that offers function in almost ANY setting.

We know our product does a fantastic job serving the function it was made to (and then some).

We do not offer a formal "guarantee" for Cocktail Kickboards because we feel confident the product will provide years of service free of issue. After thousands sold over 5+ years, we have yet to have a single customer contact us regarding the product not fulfilling its function well or holding up.

HOWEVER, should you receive an item that is damaged, is defective, or you feel your Cocktail Kickboard product has fallen short in serving you, contact us as soon as possible via email (links just below), and we will do our best to make it right.

RETURN POLICY

Cocktail Kickboards greatly appreciates your business. Due to the high cost of shipping our products, all sales are final outside of damage or defects. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases ("buyer's remorse").

Damage, defects, etc:  Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@cocktailkickboards.com or cocktailkickboards@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.

Refunds (if applicable):  If a return is authorized by our team due to a product defect, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
